Few things are as uniquely American as an Adirondack chair. Build this timeless classic in our 2-day Adirondack chair class. You will learn how to use templates for consistent and repeatable component piece completion. You will then assemble those components into your own backyard masterpiece. Once you have completed this class you will be able to use these techniques to build additional Adirondack chairs for yourself, friends and relatives. Tools used during this class will include the Table Saw, Band Saw, Miter Saw, Spindle and Disk Sander, Router and Drill Driver.

End Grain Cutting Board

The instructor will guide students through the entire process of creating an eye-catching end grain cutting board, from selecting the right hardwood to applying the perfect finish. This stunning kitchen accessory may look challenging, but it's amazingly easy to make thanks to a simple trick for creating the lively geometric pattern. Over the course of these two-day sessions, participants will learn to use various power tools and master gluing and clamping techniques, ensuring they complete their own unique and beautifully finished pieces.

Turning Gifts

Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 6 PM - 9 PM

Learn the processes of turning small gifts on the wood lathe. Choose from various handles to turn like: Pizza Cutters (2 sizes), Cheese slicers, Ice Cream Scoops, (2 designs) and a Cake/Pie/Pizza Server (also 2 sizes). All stainless-steel and high quality. They make great gifts and can be turned in a small amount of time. This is a great project for beginning and intermediate woodturners. All materials are included for a single project.
